Espire management supervised the creation of the Department of State's Visa and Passport Security Program and authored the Department of State's National Strategy to deny terrorists and their supporters the ability to travel internationally or to illegally acquire and use visas or passports issued by the United States or any nation. Additionally, Espire’s President was responsible for the worldwide inspection of diplomatic missions to determine security vulnerabilities to visa and passport fraud. As a result, consensus was developed among diplomatic entities for document inspection standards and solutions.

Espire management’s multi-agency processes were used to detect vulnerabilities at four diplomatic missions necessitating immediate action and investigation. This multi-agency effort was a direct result of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Protection Act of 2004. Espire’s President has years of experience as a Diplomatic Security Certified Firearms Instructor and is an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer.
